Kevin Duck faces more problems in Hot Spring County | News
HOT SPRING COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - Kevin Duck, the man charged in the 2011 death of a Hot Springs Village police dispatcher that bonded out of jail in Garland county is in more trouble in Hot Spring county.
According to Prosecuting Attorney for the 7th District, Stephen Shirron, Duck is due to appear in court on January 28 on a 2009 Aggravated Assault charge in which he plead guilty. Court officials stated that the State of Arkansas is following up on a petition to revoke Duck's probation.
Duck has pleaded not guilty in Garland county to first-degree murder in Natzke's death. Natzke, Duck's girlfriend at the time, was last seen leaving a Christmas party with him Dec. 21, 2011. Her body was found by a volunteer searcher Dec. 31 of that year. Duck was arrested for her murder in November 2013 in Colorado.
